Rodion Reshetov is a technical product manager at T-Bank, leads its tabletop role-playing community, and curates one at Central University. The episode follows two connected stories: his progression from operations into the Proteus analytics product, and the growth of a Dungeons & Dragons community at work.
After studying print-production quality, Rodion tried a small business, retail, and an online shop. He joined Tinkoff as a call-center operator and moved into quality control. After a year in analytics Rodion proposed a dedicated team, then was leading it six months later.
Rodion later led three analytics teams, developed workforce-planning analytics, and joined Proteus, an internal BI platform based on Apache Superset. He organized the migration of roughly two thousand Tableau reports, then researched product collections for a platform serving thousands of dashboards and tens of thousands of users.
The D&D community grew from five replies in a dormant chat into a team of game masters. Its first festival was still upcoming, with three hundred registrations. Rodion treats it like product work: discover demand, scale the format, and create team experiences. His career compass is to ask what truly matters and start from curiosity.
