Pavel Akhmetchanov moved from software and product work into leading an Investments team and improving delivery. A visual task board aligned a launch, while quantitative measures estimated its schedule and exposed the flow constraint instead of assuming that more people would solve it.

Successful experiments made Pavel a Kanban evangelist and helped establish a delivery-manager community. Yet courses and documents spread knowledge slowly: without supporting software, a team returns to old habits. Process ideas therefore became engineering products that make the desired action the easy default.
