On vacation, I read this book with a bunch of pictures, where the two-year MBA cycle is packaged in the 200 pages of pictures with small admixtures of text. And I can say that the presentation format and the illustrations in the book are quite good, but if you have not studied these topics separately, then such a brief sammari will not give you an understanding of any of the topics in the book. 20 individual chapters where each 10 pages. But if you were familiar with the topics in advance, then reading this book allows you to remember a lot of what you learned. I’ve been through variations of mini-MBA and MBA several times and even wrote about them.

If you go back to the book itself, it consists of 20 heads 1. Leadership - here is a little about the brand leader and how to make an impression, about autonomy, skill and purpose that you need to give your followers and about teamwork. 2. Corporate financial reporting This is about accounting. (Assets = Liabilities + Equity)about statements on financial results, cash flow, forecast statement. Also analyzed are the ratio of borrowed capital to equity, current liquidity ratio, return on equity, net profit rate, and dupont 3. Entrepreneurial management How to Find an Idea for Your Business (We need to deal with the pain we want to solve.). Here's the chain: empathy.> recognition> idea--> prototype> test. 4. Management accounting A basic account of fixed and variable costs and ABC (activity-based costing) 5. Business finance The story of the investment chain: capital> assets> goods> sales> profit> capital. Next story about the discounted value of money and compound interest 6. Marketing - a story about audience segmentation, product positioning and branding, as well as about the chain: the property of the product -> product advantage> advantage of the buyer -> personal value. 7. Operational management - here is a story about how to organize the processes and the main points of the type: run time, production, cycle time, productivity, efficiency, bottleneck. You can see a book about this. "Visualize the work" (“Making Work Visible”) 8. Strategic staff management Recruitment, motivation and evaluation of employee performance (I have already mentioned what you can read.) 9. Business negotiations We need to listen more than talk, and have an alternative for the agreement under discussion. I recommend reading the “Big Book of Negotiations” to improve these skills. (I already am. remembered about) 10. Strategy - This is where it starts with model 5 porterThe VRIO model continues (Value,Rarity, Imitability (ease/difficulty to Imitate), Organization (ability to exploit the resource or capability)) And ends with the concepts of red and blue oceans:) I recommend reading "Game Theory: The Art of Strategic Thinking in Business and Life" by Avinash Dixit and Barry Neilbuff. And other material that I recommended earlier 11. Business ethics Control emotions + mentally check what will happen if your actions are told in the news ... and then act according to ethics 12. Financing of business activities - story about SWOT analysis, venture investments, company life cycle

And the rest. 8 I will explain the chapters in the next post.
