Archetypes and strategization (Category Leadership)

Yesterday, for the third time, I was trained by Andrei Shishakov on archetypes and personal strategizing. And it's not that I don't understand the first time, but rather that I like the way Andrei pitches his material and twists it year after year. For me, such training is often a way to go even deeper into self-reflection and get some insights: for the first time I studied with Andrei in the school. 2022 after all known events, the second time 2024 A year and a third time now.

The main content of yesterday's training resembled what was in the 2024 year (What I talked about in three posts, Strategy and Self-Actualization/Visionary: 1, 2 and 3)But after yesterday's training, I realized that I need to start going to a psychologist + go still to study in this direction + I was interested in the topic of generative trance, which ended yesterday's training.

P.S. Thank you to Natasha Loseva for being responsible for executive training at the company, as well as her team – it was a great MBA Reunion day for graduates of all our internal MBA programs. Today I will go to Skolkovo Graduate’s Day because our programs were based on this business school.
