Maintenance automation basic article – a lot of text, but little sense 11. An article about solving the problem of digital innovation is a case study of Volvo Cars, where in order to create digital services around cars, Volvo had to launch a cross-team project.

Part part 4 New concepts of using social networks 13. A story about how large companies can use social networks to research the needs of their customers and get feedback, as well as a medium for promoting their products. 14. An article about crowdsourcing on the example of the agrochemical company Syngenta, which attracted specialists in competitions to solve their research problems. The story is somewhat reminiscent of Netflix’s competition to improve the quality of its recommendation system. Long story short, the guys succeeded and they achieved their research goals. 15. The article is about generating value in social networks, not just disseminating information. It says about the need for incentives for users otherwise after the big news HYIP quickly subsides and people forget about it. ~~Clubhouse~~ useless stuff. 16. An article about the importance of company employees support in social networks. Here we are talking about branding by employees, when they support and like the posts of the company:)

Part part 5 Are you ready to plunge into the unknown? 17. Interview with Pierre Nantterm, then CEO of Accenture. It was about leadership in an unpredictable world and how digitalization will help.
