There are no difficult negotiations.
I recently read an interesting book by Oleg Emikh and Alexei Rybkin about negotiations, in which all the titles of the chapters are formulated in the form of burning questions, the answers to which are given inside the chapter. Finally, I decided to write. briefTo get the most out of the book. The book consists of 12 chapters and two applications with a checklist with questions to himself about preparation for the speech and an algorithm for collecting information about the opponent.
At the end of the book, the authors recommend more than thirty sources from which I have read and described the following books. — "I'm Manipulating You" — Ryzov “Kremlin School of Negotiations” — Shell, The Big Book of Negotiations
Additional recommendations are simply from me. — Aristotle, Rhetoric. Poetics — Bredemeyer, “Black Rhetoric.” Power and magic of the word — Bredemeyer, The Art of Verbal Attack
