I started speaking at conferences about six years ago at Teamlead Conf, where I talked about teammates on the frontline teams of our then-Tinkoff public web. It was a frightening experience for me because I had not spoken at conferences before. But looking back, I can say that the experience helped me grow from whatever side I looked and I was able to do it.
